PROGRESSIVE SCREEN SYSTEMS, INC. was founded in June of 2002 by Arthur James, Jr. of Sarasota, Florida. Art has had exposure to manufacturing since he was a young child. His parents began Superior Furniture (now Casual Creations) back in the 70′s, and since then Mr. James’s passion for business, coupled with his knowledge of the manufacturing industry allowed Progressive Screen Systems to come alive with distribution and dealerships extending from the northernmost tips of Canada to the southernmost islands of the Bahamas. Currently, Progressive Screen Systems is known as the leading reputable motorized screen manufacturer not only nationwide, but worldwide, with dealerships in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Mexico.
All of our motorized screens are manufactured in Sarasota, Florida.

WE’VE EXPANDED! Due to our increased growth and expansion, we are pleased to announce our relocation to our new and updated manufacturing facility! With over 176, 000 sq ft of manufacturing space, we are able to incorporate all the must haves of a manufacturing plant including a machine shop & welding department, grinding area, sewing room, and state of the art powder coat line.
