With it’s advanced polymer formula, Twitchell’s extrusion coated SuperScreen outlasts fiberglass, losing only 1% of it’s original strength, when put through a 7 year weathering test. That goes to prove it’s strength is at least 3 times as strong as your standard fiberglass. Widths up to 120″, available in black or white.
- SuperScreen resists punctures and tears with it’s weight being 6.5 oz. per square yard, an 18% increase in strength over it’s competitors! Extrusion coating outlasts dip-coated fiberglass, and is proven to be 300% stronger in ball burst over it’s competition.
- SuperScreen will resist mildew because of a special biocide compound that added to the making of the screen.
- Most regular fiberglass screens only live to be 6 years old. SuperScreen lasts and lasts with a life expectancy of more than 10 years!

The 18 x 14 fiberglass mesh is most often used in pool, porch and patio applications. If you want to be able to see out, with a decent amount of air flow, but don’t want insects to intrude, 18/14 mesh is an excellent choice. Widths up to 108″, available in Charcoal or Grey.

If you live in an area where the smaller no-see-ums, gnats, sand flies, and other tiny insects like to live, such as near water or coastal marshy areas, 20 x 20 screen provides a more enjoyable outdoor environment. It provides less air flow than the regular 18/14 fiberglass screen, but keeps the smaller insects out of your home. Widths up to 96″ available in charcoal, and up to 84″ available in grey.
